Paradigm Development Company is planning to build a 12-story condo building at 2200 Dock Lane.
The 110-unit building goes before the Alexandria Planning Commission in early December.
Paradigm Development Co. also built 2250 Dock Lane, a 26-story, 400-plus unit apartment building, and is now moving forward with plans to complete the block.
"Condos were not the original plan for the final development phase. In 2017, the developer pitched a nine-story, 180-room hotel at the condo site; it switched gears earlier this year," according to UrbanTurf.
