Mochi is looking for a new home!
Are you looking to add a furry friend to your home this winter? The Animal Welfare League of Alexandria is hoping you'll stop by and visit with "Miss Mochi."
Miss Mochi is a sweet girl with a soft personality. Mochi weighs 36 pounds at seven months old and has a little growing left to do. In fact, Mochi will probably be a large dog when fully grown. She absolutely adores other dogs and would excel in a home with another canine companion.
Mochi is simply looking for a cozy home where she can love and be loved. She can be a tad timid with new people and will benefit from a patient person with a gentle voice who will let her blossom at her own pace. The right person and canine friend will help Mochi grow in confidence.
Mochi recently learned how to walk on a leash and is doing quite well with her new skill. This puppy would love to go on neighborhood walks with you as she gets accustomed to her home. Mochi has a delightfully affectionate personality when she gets to know you. She will bond even more with her forever family through positive reinforcement training and guidance.
