Virginia Tech has launched a series of STEM Summer Camps for K-12 students, now taking place at their newly opened state-of-the-art building in Alexandra.

The camps are part of Virginia Tech’s continued investment in the region, supporting education, workforce development, and access to STEM experiences.

The summer program takes place at the Virginia Tech Academic Building One, 3625 Potomac Ave., in Alexandria. Here's a look at the programs:

Elementary School Programs (Grades 2-5)

June 30 - July 2 (8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. / 1:30 - 5 p.m.)

July 8 - July 11 (8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. / 1:30 - 5 p.m.)

July 28 - August 1 (8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.)

Middle School Programs (Grades 6-8)

July 14 - July 18 (8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.)

July 28 - August 1 (1:30 - 5 p.m.)

High School Programs (Grades 9-12)

July 14 - June 18 (8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.)

July 21 - July 25 (8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
