Local Alexandria-based firm Rust Orling was the architect for both communities. The model home interiors were done by design expert, author, and Emmy award-winning TV host Bobby Berk.
“There’s a huge demand for homes in the city, and we look forward to offering thoughtfully designed townhomes and an exceptional homebuying experience in these popular neighborhoods," said Brad Blank, president of Tri Pointe Homes DC Metro Division.
