Well, in my dream last night, but a girl can dream! In our conversation, Taylor asked me a common question I get from buyers: What is the scariest part of buying a house?
Now, I immediately thought "talking to a lender" because most buyers are nervous about engaging with a professional who really helps them determine what they can (and cannot) afford. But then I remembered I was talking to TSwift, who definitely wouldn't be nervous about getting pre-approved!
So my answer is - simply starting the process. Taking the first step towards one of the biggest financial decisions of your life feels understandably overwhelming. There is tons of paperwork, tours, negotiations, compromises, letdowns and with all of that, you still have your regular life to attend to! It's a LOT to deal with and most buyers feel unprepared for the journey.
