Former Washington Commanders owner Dan Snyder will put his Alexandria "River View Estate" mansion at 7979 E. Boulevard Dr. back on the market this week, according to a report by Mansion Global. The waterfront acreage was once part of George Washington's Mount Vernon land holdings.
The home is now listed on Zillow as "coming soon" on May 20. The report notes that the price for the 16,000-square foot property, which sits on 16.5 acres next door to River Farm along the Potomac River, will be on the market for $49.9 million, a $10 million cut from when it was previously for sale.
