More than 500 apartments at Oakville Triangle will be available this summer, according to developer Stonebridge.
The 12.3-acre site will be home to the opening apartments, in addition to townhomes and retail. Founding Farmers will be opening a restaurant in the neighborhood. A Inova hospital facility is under construction just south of the development, west of Potomac Yard.
The apartments at Oakville Triangle are spread across two buildings, called Raeburn and Ives. They are available for pre-leasing now with special offers, including one month of free rent.
According to the neighborhood's website, oakvilleva.com, apartment amenities include a co-working space, game lounge, barre, indoor sports court and multiple outdoor spaces, including a pool and outdoor kitchens.
The units available are one and two bedrooms. Prices range from $2,295 for a one-bedroom, one-bath unit to $4,395 per month for a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath unit.
Inova's new Oakville Triangle facility, which will include an emergency room, is still under construction. Founding Farmers and other retail will open later this summer.
