2000 N. Beauregard St.
Construction has started on a major residential development in Alexandria’s West End.
Monday Properties purchased 1500, 1600, 1800 and 2000 N. Beauregard Street for around $20 million. The project under construction now, at the southwest corner of the intersection of North Beauregard Street and Seminary Road, will only replace the office building formerly at 2000 N. Beauregard.
The residential complex at 2000 N. Beauregard St. will be a seven-story building wrapped around a garage. The building will have about 300 residential units and many community amenities. Architects Davis Carter Scott designed the project.
According to Monday Properties, “2000 N. Beauregard is the epitome of contemporary architecture paired with stylish interiors and state of the art amenities, including an outdoor pool, fitness facility, gaming and collaboration spaces and ample parking. At 2000 N. Beauregard, our residents will think of home as their retreat.”
A ”secondary lobby” will feature co-working space for residents and the building will have a pet-grooming facility for residents, as well.
The project should be completed in early 2022.
