Reese, the first of three apartment buildings to open in Carlyle Crossing, is pre-leasing apartments in the Eisenhower East neighborhood.
Carlyle Crossing will include 1.7 million square feet of mixed-use development and more than 210,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space — and three apartment buildings. Reese will be the first to open, followed by Easton and Dylan, according to developer Stonebridge and leasing partner Bozzuto.
Wegmans, which is part of the development, is set to open in May of 2022.
“Carlyle Crossing is one of the most forward-thinking projects in the area, and our team is excited to bring this unique offering of living and retail options to Alexandria, VA,” said Doug Firstenberg, Principal, Stonebridge. “Reese is the first of many upcoming exciting steps we are taking toward delivering this neighborhood, and we look forward to continuing our work towards the completion of the entire neighborhood in 2023.”
The architect for Reese is Cooper Carry.
The building will feature more than 23,000 square feet of outdoor amenity space, including an indoor-outdoor bar area with grilling stations, a fire pit and outdoor lounge areas and views of the surrounding area. In addition, a three-acre private, elevated terrace park will connect the three residential properties.
Reese will offer studios, one bedroom, two bedroom and two bedroom plus den units. More information is available at www.dylanandreese.com.
