The local real estate market in July cooled down a bit — which is normal, as people go on vacation.
Regionally, it's still a "super strong seller's market," said Realtor Bethany Stalder of Fidelis Property Group at Keller Williams Metro Center. But there is now slightly more inventory available for buyers than there was earlier this year.
Most homes are still selling above list price.
