Lacopo brings a wealth of luxury real estate leadership to the role, with an impressive background that includes leadership positions at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty and Douglas Elliman Metro DC. His unique blend of high-level sales experience and agent-centric leadership positions him to offer strategic guidance and mentorship through the lens of a seasoned Managing Broker.

Before entering real estate, Lacopo co-founded Trusted Advisors Mortgage, which quickly became the nation’s leading mortgage lender for high-net-worth clients referred by financial professionals. After the company’s acquisition by Access National Bank in 2002, Evan earned his real estate license and later his Associate Broker’s license.
A native Washingtonian, Evan is licensed in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland, giving him an exceptional understanding of the Metropolitan D.C. region. His passion for real estate, combined with his creativity, empathy, and vision, allows him to effectively guide agents, listen to client needs, and anticipate market shifts.
Lacopo is also a graduate of the Leadership Center for Excellence and a respected figure in the local community. In January 2025, he was elected to the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) Board of Directors, following a decade of committee involvement. His civic contributions include leadership roles with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Washington, D.C. and Bridges to Independence.
