Waterfront views await at Current Tidelock.
Applications for 12 committed affordable rental set-aside units at Current Tidelock, 1055 N. Fairfax St. in Alexandria in the Old Town North neighborhood are expected to open in mid-March, the City of Alexandria has announced.
The City of Alexandria Office of Housing is providing information about affordable rental opportunities in the City of Alexandria. Please check out an updated list of all units that is now available on the Renter Resources webpage, as well as the highlighted affordable rental opportunities. If interested in a specific property, please contact the property directly.
The following unit types will be available to households earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income:
• One (1) Studio
• Two (2) 1-Bedrooms
• Four (4) 1-Bedrooms +Den
• Three (3) 2-Bedrooms
• One (1) 3-Bedrooom
Interested households may email CurrentTidelock@bozzuto.com to join the interest list and receive notification when applications open, the City notes.
