The $7.5 million sale of a historic estate in Alexandria has broken records for the most expensive home sold in the City, Washington Business Journal reports.
Jaci Appel and Hadley Jones of Washington Fine Properties represented the seller, according to Zillow. Al and Harriet Pricenor with Weichert Realtors represented the buyer, also noted on Zillow.
WBJ also reports that the home was sold to a single buyer, not a developer.
