From the Owner: How to Buy and Renovate a Home
Realtor Christine Sennott and her husband, Fred Theobald, have spent this spring starting a major renovation of one of Alexandria's most unique historic properties. Their new home at 210 N. Payne Street in the Parker-Gray neighborhood, was a one-story, semi-detached row house originally built as a retail outlet in the early 1900s.
Now, Sennott and Theobald are working with Kulinski Group Architects, Moore Construction Group and Tamburro Interiors to create a two-story home that truly honors the history of the building and the neighborhood.
In this video, Sennott shows us what the inside of the home looked like originally and provide some of their thoughts about what they want to accomplish in the coming months.
