This spring's stay-at-home order due to concerns about the spread of the novel coronavirus and COVID-19 has changed the way we eat and exercise.
A number of Facebook posts are starting to reference the "Coronavirus 20," suggesting that we'll all be 20 lbs. heavier by the time this is over.
There are a number of reasons people are gaining weight during this stay-at-home order, including lack of access to a gym and social sports, stress eating (and stress baking) and our change in schedules.
You’ll be able to chat with Sand and Steel Fitness Coach Paul Roberts live on Instagram at 6:30 p.m. Monday, April 20.
