The House Guest series returns to Voltaggio Brothers Steak House at MGM National Harbor on Thursday, March 27, with Top Chef and Tournament of Champions winner Chef Mei Lin in honor of Women’s History Month.
The series invites celebrated chefs and friends into Michael and Bryan Voltaggio’s home at MGM National Harbor for one-night-only culinary events. Chef Mei Lin will join her fellow Top Chef and Food Network personalities, the Voltaggio Brothers, to craft a one-of-a-kind, five-course menu that blends bold creativity, expert technique and unforgettable flavors.

“We’re thrilled to work with Chef Lin on this memorable evening for our guests at MGM National Harbor,” said Chef Michael Voltaggio, now a Titan on Bobby’s Triple Threat. “It’s an honor to work alongside Chef Lin again after all these years and provide an opportunity for fans to taste our inventive cuisine in this unique setting.”
The five-course dinner menu is $150 per person plus gratuity and tax (+$45/per person for optional wine pairing). Guests will be able to mingle with the chefs and hear their inspiration behind each dish.

- Corn Bread Waffles – pimento cheese, cold fried chicken liver mousse, bbq onion jam
- Blue Catfish – cauliflower tartar sauce, osetra caviar, fava beans and leaves
- Cumin Lamb Wontons – herbed yogurt, seeded chili crunch
- Kombu Cured Wagyu Skirt Steak – hashbrowns, hakurei turnips, seaweed butter, black garlic steak sauce
- Mango Coconut Sago with Pomelo
