Both Ted’s Bulletin and Sidekick Bakery will be opening in Eisenhower East's Carlyle Crossing neighborhood.
The Washington Business journal first reported that the restaurant and its bakery will share a kitchen and the combined spaces will be about 7,500 sq. ft.
Ted's Bulletin serves up breakfast, lunch and dinner plus cocktails with a "modern take on delicious American food and drink." Current locations include two in the District, plus restaurants in Arlington, Gaithersburg, Merrifield and Reston.
Sidekick Bakery's first location is open in Ballston next to Ted's Bulletin there and serves up a variety of pastries, coffee and Snowdays (vanilla soft serve with a variety of mix-ins). The bakery will put vanilla soft serve inside your croissant, too.
The restaurant has not announced an opening date for its new venture.
