Railbird Kitchen at 804 N. Henry St. is offering diners a sneak peek this weekend.
The restaurant, next to Captain Gregory's speakeasy, will be offering meals through Uber Eats starting Thursday evening, owner Rob Krupika announced.
The menu includes a variety of vegan and non-vegan comfort foods, including hen wings and duck confit. The restaurant also offers a variety of unique cocktails.
The restaurant is for adults ages 21 and older only. Hours to start will be Tuesday through Thursday 4 - 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday 4 - 10 p.m.
Railbird Kitchen is taking the place of Elizabeth's Counter, which Krupika also owned. Elizabeth's Counter closed at the end of September.
A railbird is defined as someone who is a spectator, particularly of horse racing.
