Lovers of coffee and wine could soon have a place to enjoy both in one spot.
A new coffee and wine bar could be opening at 1000 Cameron St.
The applicant and owner of the building, Danny Lopez, plans to open Pluma Café and Wine Bar in the 1,152 square foot building which was formerly occupied by Energesco Solutions LLC. Pluma has applied for an administrative special use permit to operate the business.
According to the application, the first floor of the building will be a coffeehouse while the second floor will be a wine bar. There will also be outdoor seating for up to 18 people. Proposed hours are 5:30 a.m.-9:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday and 6 a.m.-6 p.m. on Sunday.
