As the federal government shutdown continues, George Washington’s Mount Vernon is offering weary Washingtonians a way to unwind – sipping Virginia’s finest wine on the banks of the historic Potomac River. Participants tste unlimited samples from Virginia wineries after hours at George Washington's estate.
Scheduled for Friday, Oct. 10 – noon from 6 – 9 p.m., Mount Vernon is extending a 20% discount to its Fall Wine Festival for up to six tickets per transaction. Use the code FALLWINE20 at checkout.
Guests will enjoy:
