The St. Regis Bar is also debuting a special menu this Cherry Blossom season featuring four new bespoke cocktail recipes all featuring Japanese spirits. The Sakura Blossom Sour features Suntory Toki Japanese Whisky and a special garnish of Sakura petals. The Ume Spritz highlights Roku Japanese Gin, while the Lychee Martini spotlights Haku Japanese Vodka and a Japanese Cherry Blossom Vermouth. Rounding out the menu, discover a Clarified Hibiscus Milk Punch blending Roku Japanese Gin and Hibiscus Tea.
