A new coffee shop is planned for Old Town Alexandria at1320 Prince St., according to paperwork filed with the City.
The bistro is expected to seat 50 inside with outdoor seating for 12. The eatery will serve coffee, light breakfast, pastries and a lunch menu.
Kulinski Group Architects are set to handle a build-out of the property, a free-standing 1,700-square foot brick building.
Proposed hours are:
- Monday-Wednesday: 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Thursday-Friday: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Saturday: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Sunday: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The special use permit application was filed by Jason and Whitney Langone.
