The Virginia Tech Foundation and JBG SMITH will host their second community meeting this week to discuss the latest on proposed development in Potomac Yard.

The Virginia Tech Foundation and JBG SMITH submitted applications to the City in November of 2019 for a Master Plan Amendment and CDD Concept Plan Amendment to incorporate the Virginia Tech Innovation Campus into the first phase of development within North Potomac Yard. The requested amendments are intended to implement the vision for North Potomac Yard as a mixed-use urban community around the new Potomac Yard Metrorail station.

The meeting is Thursday, Feb.13 from 7 - 9 p.m.
