The Birchmere has taken enhanced health and safety measures for fans and staff, and are following all procedures set forth by the CDC and Commonwealth of Virginia. You must follow all posted instructions while visiting The Birchmere.

The following new guidelines will be in place during this Covid emergency only:

1) There will be at $25 food & beverage minimum, plus a $5 Covid fee, for all patrons.

2) Doors will open at 6pm, at which time you will be escorted directly into the Music Hall to your seat. We are still general admission (no reserved seats), but we will be seating you, in order to make sure all social distancing guidelines are met.

3) A mask must be worn whenever you are not in your seat (i.e. bathroom or merchandise store).

4) Food & Beverage will be available as soon as you are seated.

5) No bar service and no congregating in the Flex Stage/bar area.

6) The show will begin at 7:30pm and end by 9pm, with only one set and no opening acts.

7) The store will be open for merchandise sales, but we will be limiting the number of people allowed in at a time.

8) Please note: An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting The Birchmere, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Tickets for all these shows are available at The Birchmere Box Office ONLY. You can purchase them in advance or night of show. The Box Office will be open Wed-Sat, 4pm – 7:30pm.
