Enjoy a rare opportunity to have tea with Mrs. Washington dressed up as an 18th-century guest of the Washingtons, or in the costume period of your choice.
During this event, you will:
- Taste some of the Washingtons' favorite treats and delicacies, prepared by the Mount Vernon Inn Restaurant.
- Recreate historic photos with your group using historic photos (1858-present) that will be available for viewing.
- Take a tour of the Mansion or a self-guided tour of the grounds after tea.
