Jeneen and Sara will lead you through a sound and movement journey. Sara will lead the movement portion, inspired by somatic movement, guided imposition and elements of dance as Jeneen carefully crafts a live soundscape, including Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Healing Bowls and Symphonic Gong.

After the movement portion, you will be expertly guided by Jeneen to a place of deep relaxation with a sound bath.

Together, we will explore how the weaving of movement and sound can create a shared experience that will leave a unique imprint on each individual.
