Attorney, legal genealogist and acclaimed writer and lecturer, Judy G. Russell, is the guest lecturer for the Mount Vernon Genealogical Society's May meeting.

From bankruptcies to copyrights and from patents to admiralty cases, federal court records merit a close look by those putting together their genealogical puzzle.

And there is no better guide than attorney, legal genealogist and acclaimed writer and lecturer, Judy G. Russell. Russell will discuss the records available at District Courts, Circuit Courts, the modern Circuit Court of Appeals, and even the Supreme Court.

This will be a Zoom presentation.
