Locals Only Dinner with Catoctin Creek Distilling Company- Session 2
Join King’s Ransom and Catoctin Creek for a special evening as they welcome back their neighbors. Guests will enjoy 4 courses paired with cocktails using local ingredients and executed with molecular mixology. Catoctin Creek Spirit Specialists will share the distillery’s history including a chance to sample their #InThisTogether Infinity Barrel Rye.
Tickets are $75 per person. There are two sessions available — 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. on Monday, July 28.

- Guests enjoy Catoctin Creek Watershed Gin & a locally inspired version of the Ramos Gin Fizz.
- Local Buzz: Catoctin Creek Watershed Gin, Port City Optimal Wit Coriander Honey, Elderflower, Orange Blossom, Lemon Juice, Egg White, Cream, Bubbles & Bee Pollen.
- Food Pairing: Japanese Spiced “Chips”.
Course #2
- Guests discover The Gin Rickey, the official cocktail of Washington DC. Guests learn to create flavored “air” as an element of cocktail creation.
- Cucumber Rickey: Catoctin Creek Watershed Gin, Green Chartreuse, Cucumber, Basil, Lime, Bubbles & Cucumber Air.
- Food Pairing: Salmon Poke.
Course #3
- Guests sample a dram of Catoctin Creek’s limited release “Infinity Barrel” Rye. Explore whiskey's role within a classic tiki cocktail. Survey the process of creating cocktail “caviar” .
- Jungle Bird’s Nest: Catoctin Creek #InThisTogether Rye & Roundstone Rye, Hazelnut Orgeat,Dry Curacao, Lime, Pineapple, Hazelnut Chocolate (Sourced from 10,000 Villages) & Pineapple Caviar.
- Food Pairing: Bulgogi Poke.

- Guests enjoy tasting Catoctin Creek’s flagship Roundstone Rye Whiskey while discussing the distillery's history and direction. Guests experience the creation of cocktail “fogs” through the process of sublimination.
- Cold Brewlevardier: Catoctin Creek Roundstone Rye, Cold Brewed Campari, Amaro, King’s Ransom Vermouth Blend, Chocolate Orange Bitters & Coffee Fog (Sourced from Misha’s Coffee).
- Food Pairing: Takoyaki (Fried Octopus Dumplings).
Guests can expect all of the above and all safety protocols for COVID-19, including masked servers and physical distancing.
