Think about your favorite food. What makes it so special? The indredients? The spices? Both?!

Join Eddie Gonzalez, Owner and Spice Blender of Apothecary Spices, to explore how ingredients and spices combine to give us the salty, sweet, bitter, sour, and umami flavors of the foods we love. 

Partcipants will sample individual spices and experiment making their own spice blends to take home!
