INDOOR ROWING COMPETITION OPEN TO ALL! This event benefits Alexandria City High School rowers and Community Rowers of all ages. Join us at one of the largest indoor rowing competitions on the East coast. Teams from all over the DC-Maryland-Virginia region and up and down the east coast compete at ERG SPRINTS in Alexandria, VA. Erg Sprints hosts 1500 athletes for 2,000 meter events, half-marathon and marathon, 20-minute junior, 30-minute open/masters rows, adaptive events, 500 meter sprints, relays, parent/child and kids races. Team Incentives & Team Trophies back in 2024. Come watch, challenge yourself, try out an erg, explore rowing as a sport, find a team, be a vendor or sponsor. All in one place!
