DIY and Brunch Series: Loose Tea Workshop and Tea Party Etiquette
Carlyle Neighborhood of Alexandria, VA - The Carlyle Vitality Initiative is sponsoring a new Event Series. Join us for our DIY & Brunch Series: Loose Tea Workshop and Tea Party!
Cost: $10 per participant per class
What to Bring? We'll supply everything. Juices & Berries Apothecary will create fun filled experience as they teach you how to create your loose tea bag, followed by a English Tea Party with three afternoon tea courses, hosted by Lady D's Traveling Tea Party. Afternoon Tea courses prepared by Trademark Drink & Eat.
Brunch is a separate purchase through Trademark Drink & Eat and special brunch menu, based on the event series will be available after class.

COVID-19 Customer/Patron/Participant Event Guidelines
In running a safe event and to adhere to the Centers for Disease Control and Protection (CDC) guidelines as well as state and local governmental orders, we have the following guidelines for all patrons and participants. (Schedule adjustments may be made and these guidelines may be altered based on future notifications from the Governor of Virginia or the Alexandria’s City Manager).
DO
● Wear a face mask or other face covering (will be required to enter).
● Maintain a 6-foot distance between yourself and others. We ask you to sit with your party or group only.
● Wash hands or use hand sanitizer frequently.
DO NOT
● Make hand to hand or personal contact with patrons, event staff, or other participants.
● Provide payments to event staff directly.
PLEASE NOTE
• The City of Alexandria, Carlyle Vitality Initiative, and their respective event organizers/contractors (the “Event Parties”) for the 2020 Carlyle Vitality Initiative Events ("Event(s)") cannot control or be responsible for the conduct of participating vendors or attendees of Events or their adherence to social distancing or PPE guidelines.
• COVID-19 remains a risk. It is up to each person to adhere to social distancing and PPE guidelines, and each person assumes the risk of contracting COVID-19 in any public venue.
• None of the Event Parties shall have any liability related to COVID-19 as a result of your attendance at the Event(s).
• Your attendance shall constitute your assumption of risk, release, waiver, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Event Parties, with respect to any liability related to COVID-19.
