Old Town Alexandria, Virginia – September 18, 2023 – The grand opening of PASS workspaces’ newest co-working office at 403 N Henry St is set to take place on Thursday, September 28.

Since 2014, PASS Workspaces has proudly owned and operated top-of-market co-working office buildings in the vibrant and picturesque neighborhood of Old Town Alexandria. With a strong reputation for providing flexible, state-of-the-art workspaces, PASS workspaces is a hub for professionals, entrepreneurs, and artists alike. PASS workspaces transforms the idea of workplace by providing workspaces that put people and purpose first.

The grand opening will feature a curated exhibition: “Building Bridges: The Photography of Chip Duncan.” An acclaimed photographer, filmmaker, writer, and humanitarian, Chip Duncan’s work has touched hearts and inspired minds around the world, making him a perfect fit for PASS workspaces' mission to nurture creativity and connection. Private viewings with Mr. Duncan for individuals and groups for this collection of more than 80 images will be available.

“The images in Building Bridges highlight my love of place, people, culture, and spiritual practices,” says photojournalist Chip Duncan. “All were created using natural light, most were created outdoors, and many of the subjects make direct eye contact. I always ask before making a photograph, and it’s easy to see that in most cases, I’m standing within just a few feet of the subject. But when the photos work, when they really have a story to tell, it’s because of mutual trust, and that’s a big responsibility. It’s my job to convey the subject’s emotion and authenticity without judgment. Each person, in their own way, reinforces our shared human experience. The more we share that, the less we’ll be in conflict.”

The Roberto Clemente Clinic is an essential primary care facility providing free and affordable healthcare to an underprivileged community in southwest Nicaragua. VIP guests joining us on September 28th have provided charitable support towards rebuilding the clinic's infrastructure, which was seriously damaged in recent storms. The clinic is named after the late baseball player Roberto Clemente, a humanitarian who dedicated his life to helping others.

The grand opening event promises to be full of ideas, inspiration, and networking with a diverse community. Attendees can expect to explore our beautifully designed coworking spaces, enjoy refreshments, and immerse themselves in the thought-provoking world of Chip Duncan's photography.
