⭐⭐ Saturday November 13 ** Wicked Wheeldowns
- An introduction to those impressive wheel downs! This workshop is great for intermediate to advanced students and will be chock full of conditioning exercises, tips for success, entrances, exits, and a few progressions for when you finally start to nail this awesome skill!
⭐⭐ Sunday November 14 ** Twisted Up
(Offered at two different times!)
- Adult/Teen intermediate hammock/sling workshop
Hammock is a never-ending journey of twists and turns. Learn 4-5 winding sequences that take you from bottom to top and all around the apparatus, making shapes, elegant lines, and dynamic moments. Mix, match, and modify these sequences to your heart's content, creating endless choreography options!
⭐⭐ Monday November 15 ** Choreography Development
- Feedback on a work in progress, how to create new choreography from scratch, refine musicality... plus tips, tricks, and tools to create more interesting performances. It's entirely up to you!
