Join us at the 9th Annual Spooky Mad Science Expo!

Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 19th at Patrick Henry Recreation Center! This event has evolved into the largest community-based science event in the region.

The Expo has become a cherished tradition in our community, bringing together families and children to explore the wonders of science in an engaging and enjoyable manner.

What to Expect:

Hands-On STEAM Activities: 70+ interactive tables from 50 national and local organizations such as USPTO, NASA, ACS, Smithsonian Museum, Navy, USMC, Air Force and universities like UMD, VT, and GMU, robotic teams and With performances by students.

Live DJ and Costume Parade: Dance and dress up for fun.

Spooky Snacks and Smoothies: Enjoy themed treats.

Food Trucks: Delicious options for everyone.

Special Performances: Alexandria Symphony Orchestra students.
