This year’s tour will showcase 14 gardens and outdoor entertaining spaces scattered throughout the historic district. Each garden is unique and rarely open for public viewing. Visitors will learn about the garden’s creation as well as some information about the home. An English style garden, a Koi Pond Garden and one garden with a swimming pool are just a few examples of the variety of gardens the public will view.Proceeds from the tour will support Inova Alexandria Hospital. Since the beginning of the pandemic, Inova has been on the frontlines. Inova continues to treat and vaccinate Alexandria residents. In 2020, Inova provided $33.5 million toward treatment and healthcare programs to those in the Alexandria community without financial resources.

79th Historic Alexandria Homes Tour Garden Glimpses. This years event will take you behind the walls of Old Town for a view of beautiful gardens and living spaces throughout the city.
