New UNTUCKit store to open at Pentagon City.
Alexandria residents and visitors will soon have a new option to shop casual attire at Fashion Centre at Pentagon City: Mall owner Simon announced Monday that UNTUCKit will open this month.
The shopping center, located at 1100 S. Hayes St. in Arlington, just up the road from Alexandria, is the only other UNTUCKit store location in Northern Virginia; the other is located at Tysons Corner Center. The popular brand will open in a 2,000 square-foot space on the second level, near Nordstrom.
Founders Chris Riccobono and business partner Aaron Sanandres started the company in 2010 online.
“You’re always told that the best idea is the one that solves your problem,” Riccobono told The New York Times two years ago.“I used to think, ‘What do I need?’”
The two later began opening brick and mortar stores across the country. Today the company has more than $150 million in sales, CNBC reported.
UNTUCKit gives men and women a "seamless way to look sharp at their most casual with ease and comfort by creating shirts designed specifically to be worn untucked," according to the company. UNTUCKit solves the problem millions of men and women struggle with every day with the brand’s contoured hemlines and more than 50 tailored fit options.

UNTUCKit joins a variety of other new brands, including recently opened Invicta watch store and Windsor junior and women's clothing store as well as Why Not Candy?
