Signs are up in the windows of the Old Town Sock Co., a new novelty sock shop that will open Friday, May 29 at 1006 King Street in Old Town Alexandria.
The shop takes the spot next to Bluprint Chocolatiers, which recently closed.
Old Town Sock Co. is the brainchild of Mitchel Edwards, an entrepreneur with experience in project management and marketing. He was not immediately available for comment.
