Heavy equipment was hard at work destroying the remainder of the Fairlington Medical Building on Quaker Lane Tuesday afternoon.

The original application submitted to the City earlier this year requested approval to build a new Volvo automobile sales/service facility building, a Lexus sales facility building and a Lexus service facility building with above grade and under-ground parking facilities.
