Developer Stonebridge and its leasing partner Bozzuto announced Wednesday the start of leasing for Easton, a boutique-style apartment building offering sophisticated design and amenities located in the Carlyle Crossing neighborhood.
The 11-story building is slated to begin move-ins in mid-April just ahead of the anticipated May 11 opening of Wegmans Carlyle Crossing.
“Easton is bringing a truly distinctive, luxury living experience to the Alexandria area,” said Doug Firstenberg, principal, Stonebridge, in a news release. “Not only does Easton provide residents with striking, high-end interior finishes and carefully curated private amenities, but also premier access to Carlyle Crossing’s incredible connectivity, convenience and forward-thinking offerings ranging from the area’s newest Wegmans to a first-of-its-kind elevated park terrace making it the ideal home for those who love to entertain and/or relax.”
Considering a new apartment? Here's a description of what you can expect from Easton, according to Bozzuto:
Employing a high-touch, hospitality-first ethos, Easton residents will be welcomed into an elegant multi-story lobby, illuminated with dramatic light fixtures, that sets the tone with a sophisticated library complete with a refined wine bar and cascading water feature. With more than 6,000 square feet of interior amenity space, Easton combines comfort and elegance in its shared spaces. From designated work-from-home pods to a concierge lobby lounge and fully-equipped pet spa, Easton’s amenities are rounded out with a fitness room and private studio and a rooftop clubroom with four seating nooks, TV lounge, and an indoor outdoor bar with garage doors that open to an expansive deck. On the rooftop, residents will be delighted with grilling stations, fireside seating, a dramatic water feature and a reflecting pool, accompanied by sweeping views of Alexandria and the George Washington Masonic National Memorial.
In total, Easton boasts nearly 25,000 square feet of exterior amenity space including the neighborhood's three-acre private, elevated terrace park that connects the three residential properties, Easton, Dylan and Reese. The terrace is home to two dog parks and a playground that create a landscaped oasis for all members of the family in the center of this dynamic destination. Easton residents have the luxury of enjoying the collection of amenities at neighboring residences Dylan and Reese which include a rooftop pool, elevated terraces with panoramic views of Alexandria, a TEDTalk stage and much more.
Easton offers 150 apartment homes ranging from one to two bedrooms. Each interior, designed by interior designer Hartman Design Group, offers refined living with signature, classic modern features unique to the residences. Individual residences boast chef-inspired kitchens with expansive floor plans for the optimal mix of relaxation and entertaining space. With nine-foot-high ceilings, oversized walk-in closets and keyless entry, Easton residences are further distinguished by their size with units averaging 1,049 square feet. Oversized windows, balconies and gourmet kitchens with Caesarstone countertops and tile backsplash, energy efficient stainless-steel appliances and five-burner gas ranges further elevate the spacious residences which are complimented by sleek and stylish finishes including matte black Moen fixtures, and wood-style flooring. It’s all in the details that have been poured over to ensure both timeless beauty and ultimate comfort.
“Easton ushers in a distinguished residential offering with a contemporary take on classic finishes including crown-molding, rich textures and dark colors, showcased in the library and wine bar for a modern take on the classic and distinguished parlors of the past,” said Jo Gavigan, SVP at Bozzuto. “Easton will also offer residents hand-selected, exclusive services and an in-house resident director whose priority is maintaining a high degree of convenience and exclusivity at Easton.”
