Get Air trampoline park is now open in Alexandria's West End.
The facility, which features several thousand square feet of trampolines in addition to other equipment, opened Friday afternoon.
Get Air locations are a popular place for parties and events. They feature wall to wall trampolines, foam pits, dodgeball, slamball and obstacle courses. The Alexandria location has special hours for toddlers and for those with special needs.
Get Air will join a number of similar trampoline parks in the northern Virginia area such as Flight Fit 'n Fun in Springfield, Launch Trampoline Park in Herndon, Rebounderz Indoor Trampoline Park in Sterling and others.
The space Get Air is occupying was formerly a U.S. Post Office in the West End Village shopping center. Other shopping center tenants include the relocated Post Office, a Home Depot, a mattress store and restaurants.
